I want to buy a new motherboard.

After investigating some local shops, the internet and considering my budget, I noticed on these two motherboards:

* Asus P5Q SE2
* Asus P5P43TD PRO

Well, I`ve got an Intel E2180 and I intend to get the most out of these motherboards.

Whitch could be the best for me?
What are there main diferences?
