Man, if you are going that cheap, something like this PSU may work.

Normally cheaping on the PSU is not good, but on paper that looks like it has a lot of amps, and if you don't go crazy and try to overload it, it may work for you. I've heard people say they are good for a budget. But probably better not try crossfire or anything on that PSU.
