If you have the 350w model, it may work bit I would highly recommend upgrading to a better PSU.
From the official 4600 product page.

Quote :

400 Watt or greater power supply (550 Watt for ATI CrossFireX™ technology in dual mode) is recommended

As such, I would recommend a Quality 400w+ PSU from Corsair, PCP&C, Enermax, Seasonic or the Antec Earthwatts line.

I'm running mine on a 5-year old PSU with 15amps on the 12v. Also running a 89w Brisbane, 2 HD's, 2Gb ram, and a DVD drive.

4550 is WAY below a 4670... Don't be fooled.

Man, if you are going that cheap, something like this PSU may work.

Normally cheaping on the PSU is not good, but on paper that looks like it has a lot of amps, and if you don't go crazy and try to overload it, it may work for you. I've heard people say they are good for a budget. But probably better not try crossfire or anything on that PSU.

Here's a deal on the 4670 card as well

65 after 15 dollar rebate. Free shipping on both items, so you really only spend an extra 8 bucks or so to get the PSU after you get back the rebate.
