I HAVE A DELL 2.8GHZ WITH PENTIUM 4 AND I AM NOT SURE IF I HAVE IT HOOKED UP RIGHT THERE WAS NO BOOK WITH IT

follow the colour coding, green for mouse, purple for keyboard, blue for screen, black for the power supply, make sure if there is a switch next to the power supply that this is switched on..
