I just made a wish list for a custom build under $350.
Are all the components compatible with each other?
And can this list be improved for under $350? (only using Newegg)

Then just drop the video card and add more RAM. You don't need to buy that video card as the motherboard has adequate video power on board.

What do you mean "adequate video power on board"? I'm going to be running video games on there, not just web surfing.

The mobo has only a PCI x16. How will this change the performance of the graphics card?

It won't change it at all. It's backward compatible, and a card like that doesn't approach the bandwidth limitations anyway.
