Best array for an SSD

Hello,
I am looking for held as to what the best setup for my hard drives would be.

I have a WD 750g,
a 500g external
and I was just given an OCZ agility 30g SSD.
I was thinking I'd put the OS on the SSD but am unsure if I can setup RAID with the other HDs.

All help is needed. Thanks in advance.

Put the OS on the SSD and forget about RAID until you spend some time using the system. Chances are that with the OS on the SSD you won't feel the need for it.
