Ddr pc 4200 momory

i have a dell dimension 3000 will the ddr pc 4200 memory will work on it i put a 3.2ghz in it bus is 800speed it have a liquild cooling system in it will it work

It will work at a PC-3200 speeds most likely.
1GB maximum is achieved using one 1GB module.
Test with CPU-Z after installation.
