im just wondering is this a good graphics card, will it run oblivion or any pretty new games?

You looking at low resolution and low quality trying going for the bigger brother if you can the hd 3650. The hd 3200 is on par with a 6600 strapped with ddr2 so yeh you can run the latest games but don't expect decent frames.
