I am putting together a build and want some opinions if you guys dont mind.

This is my first time putting a rig together, wouldn't mind some help. My plan is to go CrossFire sometime next year. Not the most hardcore of PC gaming but want to do it right. Of course budget is a big part :)

instead of foxconn go with a gigabyte P45 they are much more stable (trust me)
and also what OS are you using because I reccomend 3-8 GB Of RAM I think 2 is too little even for XP when gaming + more RAM = more speed

Get 2x2GB of DDR2 800 RAM instead of 2x1GB of 1066. You won't need the 1066.

Get a 640 GB HDD for only $80 or so and get great performance.

The rest looks good. That's my favorite case too.

Don't get 1066, get decent 800 RAM that overclocks well eg. Corsair, ocz. Then make it 4GB, 2 is too tiny. Trust me.

the psu is overkill, get a decent 650w psu from pc&p, enermax, corsair.

I agree with huron on both points. Get 2x2 DR2-800 and a WD6400AAKS.

Go to www.buy.com and search for RC-690 and then for 750TX.

Check out the GA-EP45-DS3R and the Asus P5Q Pro.
