my Nvidia Geforce 6200 256mb agp card was given to me by a friend and when i use it i get red lines going up and down the screen.i have tryed useing many diffrent drivers and have even gone as far as whipeing the drive and reinstaling Windows.

nothing so far has worked i am in need of some help as my computer knowledge is only a little above basic.I am useing a Geforce FX5200 at the moment.

Lemme guess the lines start appearing after you installed the drivers or theres no lines in safemode.

the lines appear in safe mode to.and even if i dont install the drivers first there still there.i couldnt find a way to fix this so i went back to useing my old FX 5200 and there are no visual problems while useing the 5200.
