I'm thinking about building a system from the Jetway NC92. My criteria are:

1) Low power (like Atom)
2) Gigabit Ethernet
3) lots of SATA ports

#1 and #3 seem to be incompabible, so I thought I would leverage an internal port multiplier from Addonics:

Does anyone know if the Jetway NC92's SATA connections will support a port multiplier (not all SATA connection do)?

Thanks,
Donavon

I think I just found my answer...

The NC92 uses an intel ICH7 Southbridge. A Google search revealed this:

Looking at table 5-43 on page 191 shows Port Multiplier: N/A

Oh well...
