My computer gets a BSOD every time I try to watch a movie. I have done everything I know to do. I even reformatted my hard drive twice. I have tried several different drivers and Dell keeps telling me it is a bad file and that if I want their help I have to pay $249 since I didn't opt for the software warranty plan only the hardware plan. Here is my blue screen report.

I don't think this is an easy fix and I'm about ready to throw this Dell through a window. I think it is a bad motherboard or video card. Thanks for the advice.
what video card to u have?
if you want to stress test the card to see if that is the issue, there is a program called Furmark that you can download for free and test the card. http://www.ozone3d.net/benchmarks/fur/
