I'm sorry if this has been asked before but does the GA-EP45-UD3P support Sli?

It's a marketing thing: if you want SLI, you have to have an nVidia chipset; if you want xFire, it's Intel. Intel has a chipset that will do both, and a few MOBO manufacturers have picked up on it, but the Intel MOBO lists at $650, and I'm supposing the other people on that bandwagon are in the same neighborhood...

Generally:
Intel chipset for crossfire
Nvidia for SLI

Exceptions are: Intel Skulltrail motherboard, X58 SLI certified motherboards, and Dell 650i from the XPS630 line that can do both SLI and Crossfire.
