p35 ds3l untable v core??

hi, i currently have P35-DS3L with E4400 stock clocked. its normal(original) vcore is 1.32500V
i have set the v core to 1.32500v and restarted the pc
in bios im looking in the health menu, where its saying v core is 1.332V
so i went directly to tweak menu, and saw it is set to 1.32500V
also cpu-z's vcore is reporting me 1.332 and 1.328. it keeps switching the values.

is there something wrong with my board?

thats what i thought, but can it be the system error? not the actual value like speedfan reporting me temp1 is -14C..??
