P6NGM MSI motherboard PROBLEM PLEASE HELP!!

here is my build:
Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 Wolfdale 3.0GHz
PNY 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)[list]
EVGA 512-P3-N975-AR GeForce 9800 GT 512MB 256-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card
Western Digital Caviar SE WD3200AAJS 320GB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive
530W Raidmax Powersupply
MSI P6NGM-FIH LGA 775 NVIDIA GeForce 7150 HDMI Micro ATX Intel Motherboard



my computer i just built will turn on but the screen wont respond to my comp. when i start up my computer i hear beeping so i checked it out and here is what i found-

so i get 2 beeps from my motherboard when i start up my computer and i checked out my P6NGM beepcodes and its AMI so i check that out and i get 2 short beeps.
which apparently means that It is a MEMORY PARITY ERROR or a POST FAILURE


please help me fix these problems. !!

Try just one stick of memory; you may have one bad stick or your default memory voltage may be a little weak. If you get it to post, go into the bios and raise the memory voltage to 1.9-2.0 if possible.

thanks man. i had a computer techy come for troubleshooting and he came to the conclusion that my memory was bad.. so im getting new ram !

hey now that i got some ram from my friend (it is compatible) and now i get one LONG beep that doesnt stop and we cant get into the bios. On the Ami Bios Beep codes 1 long beep means that it Passed all the POST. which is good but... still no bios screen
.HELP.
