Hi, hoping one of you guys can help me out here...

Looking for a motherboard recommendation to replace my HTPC (Running XP). I cant afford too much as my computers just been fried and wasnt expecting it! So I have to replace the m/b, CPU and RAM

Thinking of getting:
Processor: AMD or Intel (Was thinking Athlon 64X2 5200+?)
RAM: 2GB DDR2-800

Requirements:
Cost: Under $100
Video: Looking for Dual VGA output one of them HDMI. I have a projector in the lounge room and a TV in my bedroom that I would like to run at the same time
Audio: Optical out
Gigabit LAN
Can play back 1080p content

Would hopefully like the headers included for the video/audio!

These two boards are cheap and have Dual VGA, any other recommendations? or experience with these boards?

In case its unclear I'm after an integrated motherboard. Really only use it for surfing the web/email but mostly as a HTPC
