I get the following screen appear every 3-4 days.

Anyone have any ideas?

Motherboard: gigabyte ep45-ud3r
Ram: Gskill 4gb ddr2 (passed memtest+86 for 6 hours)
Raid 0 array.
Vistax32.
Cpu: Q6600
GPU: EVGA 9800GTX
PSU: Corsair

System runs Prime95 for 24 hours with no errors.

Is the computer running continuously for those 4 days, or does it get turned on/off during that time? If the former, it could be just "normal" glitches in the OS accumulating to the point where the system crashes.

nope - system gets turned off when I am not using it, that's why it is strange.

I have an Antec 900 case - four fans inside it, one fan on the GPU too. Temp inside box is low too - about 35 degrees C.

Think it could just be a faulty graphic card?

Thanks.

Agreed, probably the VGA. First, verify the temps with the EVGA precision Utility (it's under the Graphics cards category, obviously), although it's probably not it overheating.

Get a really cheap Nvidia VGA and run it for a weak or two. If your problem goes away you have your answer. Keep the cheap card for future testing purposes.

Thanks guys.

I've been running the EVGA utility while gaming (Flight Simulator) - the only game I play - and the temps rarely get about 40. From a search it seems they are ok to reach 70-100.

This ok?

I don't know about Flight Simulator specifically, but 40C seems low under load. Try checking temps while running FurMark. I can't remember who posted it originally, but it works well.

Yeah, I am told that Flight Simulator is heavy on CPU power and hardly uses any GPU power.

I run the EVGA demo on it and I could get the temps up to 55-57 but that was as high as I could go and still no crash.

I can't think what else would cuase this aside from the gpu?
Thank you for writing back. Any other ideas?
