hi
i got my pc running through my 40" sony lcd. i dont play games, as have a ps3 and 360 for that, lol, but was wondering is there any point in updating my video card for sumit better, thats if its worth it.

atm i have a dell vostro. not best but does me ok.
specs

intel core 2 duo E6550
3gb pc5300 ram
2x250gb hard drives
radeon x1300
creative soundblaster X-Fi extreme audio
vista

my sound card is connected via optical(SPDIF) to my sony str-g910 receiver and my tannot efx 5.1 speakers.

now got some HD films on pc and all seems fine, multichannel is light up so getting best DD 5.1 sound.

will a better video card give me better quality HD on my lcd, or isnt it worth upgrading the radeon x1300
