Hi, I want to partition a 1TB drive into two equal parts with one formatted using FAT32 and the other using the default mac format that can store single files over 4.5GB and I just wanted to know if this is possible i.e. each partition using a different file system?

Thanks

Macintosh HD/ Applications/ Utilities/ Disk Utility

Choose your the hard disk:
click on the "partition" tab
