Hello,
when im done playing a game , heavy games , like bioshock , crysis , unreal tournament 3 ,
i go and check my GFX temp , its always around 80-85 and could be reaching 90 while playing .. Using HWMonitor .
when not inuse ( in windows normally ) the temp is 70-78 ...
GFX fan is orginal .. by sapphire builtin...
is that okey ?
if its not okey , should i get another fan ? which one .. and is that safe to remove ORGINAL fan and replace it ?
GFX is 3 days old only :X

thanks

those are normal. There aren't a lot of options designed specifically for the card, but a small selection of water blocks exist. You can always buy individual ram sinks, then try and fit 2 unique heatsinks together. There has been some success in putting two Thermalright HR-03s together, with one heatsink draping over the back of the card, and one over the front. Thats a lot of weight, so you'll have to suspend the card a bit from the case.

Look at the warranty card that came with it, what does it say exactly about the cooling device. Likely it says warranty voided if assembly as a whole is tampered with.

Hi mate, your GPU temps under load are OK 80-90 C is in good range, but I'm not so sure about the idle temps. on idle you should get about 60 C for HD4870x2. I think that your GPU is not downclocking when you are in desktop mode.
You can download GPU-Z and try to monitor more specific your temps and GPU Clock and see what is actually going on.
On GPU-Z you'll find "sensors" tab that will tell you the temps and clocks at any given time and you can log them in a file.

and
... if its Not normal temp , then i will go for another fan , wt u say?
is ‏Arctic Cooling Accelero Twin Turbo Dual Fans VGA Cooler‎ okey for it ?
but is that possible to put 2 of it ? on each side?
or put one on the back ( if possible ) and leave the orginal one..?

Your temps are at normal range. One GPU is running slightly cooler than the other because it is more closer to the fan. BUT as I said it is normal for X2. Installing another cooler on the back will not decrease the temp because it will not fit propperly. Do NOT worry about these themps, they look good. But if you want to change the reference cooler, then make sure you got cooler that is specially design to dual GPU cards.(has 2 heatsinks on it)
P.S. Temp treshold for X2 is about 110 C

and the new, soon to be released cat 8.10 is said to have manual fan controll, so give it a try when it's released and bump up the fan speed a little. But as said your temps are fine.
