Best CPU Cooler for Intel Core i-7

Hi again. I would like to know which is the best CPU cooler for Intel core i-7 920.

These lists are from www.CyberPowerPC.com because i'm ordering a PC from there and my budget is up to $1500

Best two i7 coolers are Prolimatech Megahalems/Megashadow and Scythe Mugen II.

However, the Prolimatech product is too expensive and the Mugen II is much cheaper and only slightly worse.

I picked up a Prolimatech Megashadow instead as Mugen II doesn't come with LGA1156 bracket.

Investing in all sorts of OC'able components and then compromising your build by inadequate cooling doesn't make sense to me.....I have no problem spending $60 on a cooler
