I5 Ram and Mobo OC HELP PLEASE!

Hello everyone Merry Christmas.

I live in New Zealand and know next to nothing about overclocking.
I primarily use my PC for gaming and am going to get new cpu+mobo+ram in the next day or so.

I'm thinking of getting a i5 and hoping to overclock it to 3.2 - 3.5, saying that i know nothing about overclocking and would like to know what motherboard and set of 4 GB Ram i could buy that would accomplish this.

My Budget is about $934 New Zealand Dollers for the Cpu, Motherboard, and Ram, and i'm looking to buy from either of these 2 stores.

The i5 is $336 so that brings the total to $598 for the Mobo + Ram

i will also get a CPU fan for my birthday in a month and overclock it then.

My i5 system is at 3.6GHz with the following combo:

i5-750 of course
Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD5(USB3+STATA)
Kingston KHX1600C8D3K2/4GX
Prolimatech Megashadow with 2x Coolermaster SickelFlow 2000RPM +/- 10% fan (expect -10%)

So the Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD5 would be better than something like the say the EVGA 132-LF-E655-KR?

No idea. However, P55A-UD5 is the 2nd best P55 Gigabyte board.

I think that a 3.6 OC on an i5-750 is pretty much a no-brainer for most any board out there.

3.6 is pretty standard right now and isn't very hard to oc. I had it there and the temps was in the low 30c high 20c and was pretty stable with prime95.
