Need Help Picking Hard Drive

Please help me, i have almost all my parts for my first homebuilt computer but am not sure what hard drive to buy or ram to get.

here's the parts i have now.

but i dont know what hard drive to get. It needs to be fast because i am going to use it to boot as well and i hear they have 6 gb ram for around a 100$ now so i dont know what to get any suggestions?

All looks good, and you can get 4gb ram for 100, doubt 6gb...
As for HDD depends on capacity, look at the barracuda 7200.12 series of the spinpoint f3s from samsung
