Creating a directory on a CD

How do i create a directory on a cd so i can add to it it must be Bootable this is fis windows vista

CD's are read-only devices.

Get WinIso HERE.

With it you can change, add, delete files in an ISO image prior to burning and do as you please for the new CD you will make. It will remain bootable of course.
