My current build uses the MSI x58 Pro-E with an i7 920... 3 PCIe slots capable of running 16x-16x crossfire and the third at 4x. This board also has 6 DDR3 slots rather than just 3 on some more exspensive boards. Should be able to overclock to whatever you like (I heard MSI has the record for overclocking a 975). And the best part, under $200!

Buy it from Newegg here

I asked about the versions of this MSI x58 Pro-E board and I got positive reviews as well, looks to be a winner for me, you should give it a go as well!

I would recommend these:
ASUS P6T SE
ASUS P6T Deluxe v2
EVGA E758-A1 3-Way SLI
EVGA 141-BL-E757-TR
GIGABYTE GA-EX58-UD5

I haven't looked much in to MSI as I'v found their quality to be a hit or a miss.

The boards shadow linked were all more expensive then the msi board, and also not that much higher rated.. Granted that doesn't always mean alot..
