How to change language from chinese to english

i have a IBMthinkpad t30 with windows XP and the language is in chinese a

nd i want to change it into ENGLISH. how can i do this ron42

If the Windows setup was done with a Chinese language XP disk you need to re-install it with and English XP disk.

If the keyboard is setup for for the wrong language, Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel, Regional and Language Options. Languages tab, Details, change it there.

The disc is comming in chinese again, so what should i do in that case
