Deleted Icon? I can\'t find icon for program running on my pc on my computer.

when i get on line i hear a second program like commercials running but can not find the icon or tab to close it . its making me crazy

double click the speaker icon in the lower right hand desktop
does the audio mixer window come up?
try lowering the inputs on the audio mixer to find the audio source that is bothering you
