Im setting up my printers and once i had to restart , at the closeing I got this message."windows' Closing Network Connections." and it would never shut down. If I hit Restart it will restart and work fine.
what could have caused that.

This happening all the time? If no, ignore it. Just means that there was a program using the network that Windows was not able to close automatically. Could be the printer utilities, auto-update maybe. If this is happening all the time now, go to add/remove programs and uninstall whatever looks like the printer update utility.
