Well first off, ur going to be told right away to drop that AMD cpu. ATM intel has much better cpus out that perform better.

Secondly get 4 gigs of ram, a good pair of DDR2-800 will be good enough and much cheaper. Ur paying for the name Fatality (wahoo).

i would defiantly go with inlet like silverion77 said

I am not sure o this but im sure some 1 ill correct me if im wrong, if you are going to overclock then go for the faster ram. If not go with 800 as there will not be a major performance gain wit the faster RAM

I agree with the above posters about switching to intel and 4gb's of ram. Also, if you follow the ram advice, I'd say also get vista 64bit, so that it can actually use all 4gb's of ram.

Personally, I'd also prefer ddr2 800 ram over 1066 because you can overclock most cpu's pretty high with it at a 1:1 ratio.

Also for a lot less money I'd get this PSU instead:
CORSAIR CMPSU-750TX 750W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply - Retail

In addition to I'd get this RAM instead:
mushkin 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory - Retail

Oh, don't bother getting the sound card. The Onboard HD audio is actually already better than what you picked(unless you get Xi-fi, which has Vista driver problems or HT Omega, problems free).
