Internet connection keeps dying

First check that the ethernet cables are connected from your PC to the modem. Next, power-cycle the modem and then the PC. Update the device drivers for the network card on your PC, or replace it with a new one. Check the firewall settings, that they are not blocking the internet.

yer ive tried all that millions of times i call technical support and they say either the fax is interfering(use a splitter for fax n adsl modem) with it or the modem might be damaged i fink its the modem because it worked before for ages n the fax was still there wat u fink
