hi guys ,
i am looking for a suggestion......
i want a card that could run crysis quiet nicely(haha) for under 90$$ (can add 10 $$ if its too good)

my configurations are
* samsung 17 inch crt (1280*1024 max@60hz,1024*768@80 hz)
* ECS GCT945-m2 with one pci express X16 v1.0
* I gb DDR2 ram 667 mhz
* intel pentium D 925 3.0 ghz
* 160 gb hitachi hard drive
* psu with following rating
ATX 380 Watt

3.3v--->16amp
5v----->25amp
+12v--->13amp
-12v--->0.8amp
5v usb--->2 A

i have a really crap crt but right now its the only thing i have and i dont have plans to replace it for atleast a year or 2

the main candidate according to myself is

* EVGA 512-P3-N954-TR GeForce 9500 GT 512MB 128-bit GDDR2 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card

id have gone with this card blindly but this card is ddr2 so does it cut off a lot of performance??is it faster than a 8600gt?(with 256mb ddr3)
is there any ati cards equivalent to it??will i regret buying a ddr2 card?

i am in nepal and i want to buy it in US and again get it shipped to nepal (a friend of mine will do it for me.)..so it adds up another 30-40$$ and as im a student i have very much limited budget and i also need another gig of ram haha....and the Mail In Rebate is of no use for me .

so guys i need a decent cheap card.....if you know anything better then my choice please suggest....it could be ATI or NVIDIA.....but should run with my PSU easily(specs above)and mind it guys i will be gaming at a very low resolution.(1280*1024 max else 1024*768most of the time)

also if you guys think a price cut is near i can wait for a month....ie i'm not in a hurry as i'm busy with my college right now

I'd say an ATI HD4670 is your best choice in that range. It won't run crysis at max, but it'll do fine on moderate settings, won't take much power, and is fairly cheap.

get the best mid range card by Nvidia or ATI from the latest generation, and make sure it has GDDR3

GDDR3/GDDR4/GDDR5 128-bit/192-bit/256-bit ATI HD4xxx or Nvidia 9xxx
