Full System Restore/Restore Factory settings

please help me restore my computer,Iam having problem with anything my printer says the spooler don't work I cant download anything from cd or the internet.

The directions for repair are posted in this forum, sixth post from the top.
You will need the windows XP installation disk. This repair does not erase your personal files, follow the directions carefully.
