Hi folks,

Having not much experience with cpus and being quite a newbie please could someone tell me if there is a noticeable difference in games and apps between the 2.5ghz amd athlon 64x2 4800 Brisbane model and the AMD 64x2 3.0ghz 6000 Windsor model. Does the windsor perform better?

I'd be very grateful

Cheers

The windsor performs better. It will be noticable in some games, but you'll find most games are limited more by GPU than CPU.
