Copy ntfs files to fat32

Hello,
I copied 13GB data from my laptop which runs windows vista to a sd card with fat32 that i installed on my laptop recerntly. after a while my explorer wac closed and the process stoped and suddenly it went to restart.
after the restart 4GB of my data disappeared.
now...what should i do?

FAT32 doesn't allow files exceeding 4GB in size. If you want, you can format the card to exFAT instead. I don't suggest formatting the SD card to NTFS, because that file system can run down flash memory fast.
