Adding hardware to a Dell dimension 4300

Hello, I have a Diemsion 4300s which had a hard drive crash. I cannot add a drive or any other components as it appears to be a "signed" system. Is therere anyway around this?

I've added a video card to a similar generation of Dell and I'm fairly sure hard drives aren't a problem. The main issue is working out how to open that awful case.
