Need help with these two motherboards URGENT!

I'll buy a new motherboard which one do you think is better? I think P5K PRO is better, but I want to be sure. Do both of them fit to medium size case, and lastly would you buy P5K PRO even it is an open box item.

the first one is better in performance as the price for performance go for the p5q something not the 2nd one.
