INTEL P35 or P45???

what would you guy recommened P35 or P45 intel motherboard. only difference is P45 uses DDR3 memory.

Does it have to be intel? The p45 is a great chipset, and there are other brands that support DDR2. I don't know your budget, but look here:

No, there are several differences between the two chipsets, and there are only a few P45 boards that actually use DDR3.

You want P45 for the superior overclocking and stability, and for crossfire support, and perhaps a few other things.
