Multiple Wireless Connection at the same time.

I discoverd, while at the public library, that I had TWO Wireless connections supposedly connected at the same time.

This feature could be GOOD for ME. As I am, {at HOME} using a Satellite connection that has FAP {Fare Access Policy} and my neighbor's DSL connection. My Statellite connection is Mine and also has my Home Network where by I transfer file and share a printer. I have to have that one. But I also flip and use my neighbor's DSL to download large file so that I don't run into a FAP situation. How can I get this dual connection at the HOME site. and can I control which uses which for my particular applications needs. That being my home connection for file sharing and print sharing. AND neighbor's DSL for Web.internet.
