A good guide....

http://corsair.com/systembuild/report.aspx?report_id=12472

I used the Xigamatek stuff recently....

1. Put 120 mm fan on the CPU cooler prior to the CPU cooler install. Installing the fan on cooler is a b**#ch when the cooler is already installed.
2. Install bracket bottom side of MOBO. You do not need to use the adhesive on the bracket (ie keep plastic tape covering it). Makes removal of bracket for any future use easy.
3. Install Xigmatek CPU cooler onto CPU screwing into the bracket

No in anyway definitive but order would be...(I think the Antec 1200 does not have removable MOBO tray)
1. Install MOBO standoffs on MOBO tray
2. Install CPU on MOBO
3. Xigamatek bracket placement on buttom side of MOBO
4. Thermal compound
5. Install CPU cooler as above
6. Install memory
7. Install MOBO in the case
8. Install graphic card, sound card
9. Install hard drive(s). Install optical drives
10. Connect appropriate SATA cables to hard drives and opticals
11. Install PSU
12. Connect PSU cables to all the stuff
13. Connect all fan cables
14. Connect case cables to appropriate spots on MOBO
15. Cable management

I have it all set up. I was wrong, cable management was the hardest!
One question, when I restart, or just at random times, the XIGMATEK fan on the cpu goes to 100% speed and is extremely loud. Why does it do this? It's very annoying. It only does it for 1-2 sec durations.

It does come with four fans - see the Antec 900 website
I'm not seeing any NewEgg customer reviews saying Antec 900s are shipping with six fans now.

Where did you buy your case? What fans (make and model) are installed in the side and middle positions?

I bought from buy.com. I was shocked when I realized that I had three little boxes with a fan each in them, and also three already install in the case. They are the black fans with the three blue leds, and three speed. So, technically, I got 7 fans counting the 200mm top fan.
Another question, how should I have done my airflow? I have my cooler fan blowing up to the top exhaust fan.
2x front = pulling
1x HDD = pulling
Side = pushing
rear = pushing
top = pushing
one extra!
I have all on medium and it's very quite compared to my old ones.

Do have a speed up issue with the cpu fan. Why would it do that (read above)?
