My motherboard is a GA-8INXP... Im using windows XP... I replaced it back with my old video card and it works fine again... I have a 430 watt power supply, cant figure out where Im going wrong.. Any sugestions?? ANd yes my MB and Video card have the latest drivers..

Did you plug the (4pin i think) power into it from the power supply ? They may have supplied an adapter if you don't have the proper plug. There's always a chance you got a faulty card.
