I've looked all over toms for 2 days and can't find an old article (well not that old) I'm trying to find out what hardware (mobo, cpu, ram, blah blah blah) in the GPU benchmark charts.

I just ordered a GTX280 and I wanna see how accurate the charts are gonna be toward my crysis performance ^_^

thank you in advance for the links and info. I've lurked this site since around 2001 and I live by this site. ^_^

ok 26 views as this thread keeps going lower and lower down the forums.

just wondering there are no replys because you guys don't know the answer or what?

a GPU comparison chart means nothing if it's not quantified with alist of the other hardware components in the system.

I remember there was an article that listed all the base components in their new test bench pc. which would really help me if anyone can find that link.

take a look, alot of ppl won't answer this thread because this is a very google answered question, its not an opinion, all you want is some1 to basically do ur research for you.

You didn't ask an opinion, you asked for research and most posters post when their opinion can come into play most of the time.

Ur question is to justifying how accurate the charts are, there is the link, and google the rest:)

Tom's charts are the worst piece of poop ever.
