* Weird 3DMark Vantage Scores *

Is it supposed to be like that? First time running it, 28k on CPU seems whack :o
Are my scores where they should be? Average/Under/Over performance?

This was on performance preset:
On a e8400/EVGA 750i FTW
EVGA GTX 260 core 216
4gb RAM Mushkin ddr800

Is there anything I should be worried about?

EDIT : My CPU is 6024 without physX..is that decent?

More about weird 3dmark vantage scores
  1. lol seems ok to me, and that CPU score is thanks to PhysX on your GPU.

oh lol, is there anyway i can disabled physx? :S
and can someone with a similar build verify these stock results?
  3. You should be able to disable physx on the Nvidia control panel.
  4. my 3dmark is also failing alot...sometimes it says error:c++ runtime something something, and sometimes the screen will go completely black, and nothing happens. and when i press escape it will say "user aborted"...

sweet thanks, my CPU score is 6024 without physx, is that good?
  6. It's nothing incredible, but it isn't bad. It sounds like its in the right neighborhood for your CPU.

    i hope so!
it's stock speeds, so there is potential there :D
once i get my noctua fans on my hsf/case i'm ready to OC the mother out of it
anyone experience problems like mine with 3dmark vantage advanced?
  8. Your score seems reasonable,my i7 @ 3.7ghz got 50121,so your duo core seem fine:)
  9. Only with an nvidia card to do physx. The i7 on its own, without the aid of physx, gets around 18-22k CPU score with a clockspeed around 3.7 GHz.
