Q9550 at 3.8ghz daily use

hi guyz..
its been 2 weeks that i am running my q9550 at 3.8ghz,,
what i want to know is,,
IS THIS SAFE AS MY DAILY USE?

my vcore is 1.3562

idle temps
33-33-32-35

max temps(when gaming)

51-46-49-52

max temps(prime)
59-59-59-59

max temps ibt
64-64-64-64



i'm in love with this specs

One thing you can do is to turn SpeedStep back on if it is off. That way, under light loads, The CPU will idle along, yet have the extra speed available when you need it.

yeah its turned on!

when idle cpu z reports
x6.0 the multiplier

then when its full load it rise up to x8.5


well, 3 or 4 months from now i'll be upgrading my rig!

mobo: asus rampage II extreme
cpu: intel i7 920
ram: ddr3 dominator triple channel 6gb cl7
video card: 2x 5870 or 5970
psu: 700watt cooler master silent pro m
cpu heatsink: noctua NH-D14
