Hi folks,

I have an MSI P4N SLI motherboard and I can't get the ethernet connection to appear in my network connections page within Control Panel.

I can't find any specific drivers for it, only an upgrade to the bios which I don't want to do.

I've just reinstalled windows so this is why I'm in this situation. I've reinstalled windows before and I have the driver cd that came with the PC but even after installing them, it still doesn't show up. I've been at this for 4 days now and I'm running out of ideas.

Any ideas please?

Cheers! :)

I have the same problem with the network connection not showing up in the device manager. I have reinstalled windows xp home edition twice with, first with no service packs, then with service pack 2. I downloaded the nforce4 drivers from both msi and nvidia, both list ethernet drivers to be installed but I have yet to see a LAN connection. it worked fine before reinstalling and I know that its enabled in the bios.

Any help is appreciated! Thanks in advance!
