Can I run 1066 RAM in a 800 MB with 1066 CPU?

Ok the story with this newbie is : I have a shuttle sd39p2, the MB accepts upto 800mhz for RAM and 1066 for CPU.

I have a 1066mhz CPU(E6320), and have a 2x2gb 800mhz RAM running with it - strange bacause cpuz states that it's they're both 5300/667mhz RAM. Anyway that'll be another question after this.

So the RAM is currently underclocked to 266mhz to match 1:1 with CPU. Will I be able to run a 1066 RAM in this MB? Whether this 1066 RAM is actuall 1066 RAM or a 800 OC'd RAM, will it run on my MB which has the restriction at 800?

Assuming yes, does the ratio become 1:2 or stay at 1:1(seeing as how 533 still fits into the denominator of 1066 lol.. little silly assumption here) .. If it'd become 1:2, would this bottleneck the cpu too much?

I'm just trying to increase the performance of my RAM here... If anything should I rather just stick with what I have and OC the RAM to 400mhz to runn 1:1.5?

I'm actually fine with what I have right now, but seeing how my RAM can only run upto 266mhz kinda sucks.. Or maybe I'm wrong about that lol

Any info would be much appreciated!!

Yes keep the RAM you have. Anything else won´t improve performance. Also yes it is the ratio where you control your ram speed.
