Hello,
A program on my computer was taking %100 of cpu so I went in to safe mode and checked security on the program and it had an account unknown(S-1-5....) so I deleted it and that stopped the program from using all cpu so I also checked security on my AV, same unknown account so I deleted it, uninstalled AVAST, installed AVG and it found 2 rootkits. I continue to find that unknown account on a large percentage of programs so I delete them. Very concerned with running online banking, etc now? Can anyone help? Now I think it has control over zonealarm.
