Is my heatsink seated properly??

I just built my first computer ever and I am not sure if I put on the stock intel heatsink/fan correctly. It is a Core2Duo e8400, stock speed. The CPU usage at the readings is around 10%.

Speedfan 4.37 reads:
System 26C
CPU 32C
Core 0 43C
Core 1 41C

Coretemp 0.99.2 reads:
Core 0: 48C
Core 1: 46C



Do these temperatures look normal? Is there a chance that I didnt seat the heatsink properly?

Did you use the 'stock' or aftermarket thermal grease? Temps don't look 'bad' ..

What do the BIOS temp read at?

did you wiggle it? does it move up and down - no? it is fine
move a little sideways - ok
