hi.
i was asked by a friend to hook up 2 of his 9600gt cards mounted on his intel 975 chipset based board.
i have connected the cards in the sli.
now he wants me to connect four of his monitors to the cards.
he wants each of the monitors to show the same display.
currently i have managed to get 2 primary displays and 2 secondary displays and i can't get all the 4 monitors to work as one giant monitor .
the drivers are the latest ones used.

Have you disabled SLI? I think you need to in order to use four displays.

He never enabled SLI, the 975 chipset doesn't support it.

I'm confused. Are you trying to

To get them all to show the same thing, you need to have one primary, and have the other three in clone mode. If you want all four to be used to show one giant image, I'm not sure how that works.

You cannot run dual monitors in sli. Only separately. Some cards, like this 3870x2, support 4 monitor outputs, not to mention far outperforms 9600gt.
