I am going to be receiving my new pc from Ibuypower.com in the next week or so. I know nothing about overclocking but want to learn how to do it with my new system. My new system will have an I7 920 Intel cpu and an HD 4890 gpu. I'm not sure how to even get to the bios screen. I do consider myself more than average pc user though believe it or not. I do know quite a few things but I never got into the overclocking thing. Please tell me where to begin or if you need to know anything else about my new system.

BTW: I am a bit of a gamer (Lord of the Rings Online, Dragon Age, Bioshock, etc...)

I look forward to hearing back from you all. Thanks!

It would be good to know that all the components work properly and harmoniously together before one tries to push the envelope so to speak.

Just go for it, cant see why you should wait? To get into the bios you press del or one of the F buttons, it depends on the manufactura of your motherboard. But you can see it in the post screen.

Try giving us all your specs, then its easyer to help you.
