Hello everyone. I am going to be purchasing components to have a moderately priced system built out. Would love to hear feedback to see if I am on the right track.

In general I will be working on the Adobe Creative suite and then some mapping programs, usually nothing overly complex. For gaming I am more of a RTS and maybe a WOW player.

FYI The parts are all from mwave.com since they are not too far away and they will put together the system for a fee. I wouldn't mind trying to homebuild this but my expertise is not quite there and time available is even less there.

e8500 CPU - $186

Asus P5Q - $126

Corsair CMPSU-650TX - $96

Antec 900 (plus extra 120mm fan) (overkill? but something about it I like) - $111

Corsair 4GB 2x4096-6400C5 - $80

(2) Samsung SH-223Q 22x Lightscribe DVD - $50 total

(2) WD 640GB 6400AAKS HD - $158 total

Visiontek Radeon HD 4850 - $190

Vista 64bit Home Premium - $99

So there it is, except for Monitors and other externals. Hopefully I didn't forget to list anything.

Thanks in advance I will check back later

Solid build. Good choices. Make sure Burner and HD are SATA

Pretty sure they are SATA but I will double check, thanks.
