Asus or gigabyte for overclocking?

Which of these cards are best suited for an i7 860 build where i will do moderate overclocking?

Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD6, P55, Socket-1156 SLI&CrossFireX, DDR3, ATX, GbLAN, USB3.0, SATA 6Gb/s, Firewire, 2xPCI-Ex(2.0)x16

In general, I prefer Gigabyte. I think that the Gigabyte BIOS is a little more overclocker friendly.
